Roofing repairs? Hire the right people ...

We all know there are a lot of roofing companies in most city areas. Most also know that some are honest and some are not. Guess the best advice is to go with/hire someone that you feel comfortable with and that is not trying to "sell" you on something you do not need. The best advice I can give for right now is ... don't go and hire some person from the local (or not so local) street corner! Think about it, what incentive do they have to do a good job, or perhaps they don't know what they are doing in the first place!?!

And remember, most 'Handyman' companies or individuals do not carry the right insurance for them to be on the roof. (they aren't covered!) Some roofing companies have a minimum to do anything at all, some have a 'trip' charge ... again go with a direct referal or someone that you trust.
